All wild games need to be received 48 hours before reservation time.
Wild ducks can be cooked whole, halved or filleted.
Ducks, doves, pheasants and geese should be dressed, ready to be marinated and cooked.
Other wild game meat should be in steaks and chops ready to be marinated and cooked.
